Does she have a George Foreman grill? I think something like that comes with the grills for scraping them off.

Is it "hard" or soft and bendable?
Could you possible open a jar or bottle cap with it?
It looks like a bottle top would fit in the hole while your fingers fit in the curves to snap or pull the cap.

Just a thought.
