i keep throwing these hangers away!

I've been doing this for several years. I have to get 2 sons to break them for me tho. They work.

Neat idea, we like to recycle everything possible here. I use them for hanging quilts or material I don't want a furbaby to lay one. Also like the wooden ones. Gonna make me some clips now though. Drawer full of clothes pins can go to the clothesline where they belong. Thanks.

Very clever!

Very neat idea! I use the hangers for hanging placemats, small wallhangings, table runners in my spare closet but if one breaks...chip clip!

Very great idea. I use clothespins for bag clips. I don't have a big clothesline and wouldn't hang out clothes, birds like to potty on them.

I just saw a pic of one being used as a recipe holder...just hang on the kitchen knob of an upper cabinet. Why don't I think of these things?

Scakes 11-07-2012 04:52 AM

Great idea. Also like the idea of using it to hold recipe cards. I have several of these hangers lying around so think I'll make a few clips today. :)

Thats a good idea too if you don't use them. You can also use them to hang material amd binding in the closet. But what I use is the good old fashion clothes pin. learned when the kids were young each one wanted something different so i would put their names on what was theirs. you can also write and decorate them and make them as fussy as you want.I have to admit though now they are just plain the kids took theirs with them LOL.

Brilliant! I never thought of using them that way.

Oh for heaven's sake, I use these hangers for holding blocks or unfinished projects but who would have guessed to use them this way. I sure didn't. Thanks so much for this great idea. I love these hangers since they are so useful.

Me, too. I'm happy when I get those hangers from the store. Now I know how to use broken ones.
