Need Ideas for baby shower favors that are not expensive. 30 guests have been invited. Would a 6 inch mug rug work as a good favor?

yes, a mug rug would be cute

a friend of mine gave everyone an African Violet plant...they were on sale someplace for $1.00 each...although only a couple of us know that. :-D

I remember a long time ago they gave little plastic baby carriages filled with the pastel mints as favors.

A mug rug would work. If there were fewer folks, a fabric bowl would be fun too.

Check on Oriental Trading's website. They have alot of little baby things that would work to put things in, small baskets, carriages, etc. They are really inexpensive and have alot to offer.

My mom and I just had a baby shower last week. We made mug rugs, bought tall mugs at the dollar store to go with them. Big hit.

The last shower I went to, they had little plastic containers shaped like a baby bear and they filled them with candy ,used them for table decor and gave them away as gifts .
