I've seen this ad at times when I've opened some of our Quilting Board info and I'm curious...have any of you read this list of foods not to buy? I'd love to hear what you have to say about Josh Bezoni's book/DVD, please. Thanks

It will always come back to what we eat and exercise , no getting around it. I will say though that I purchased the "Cook Yourself Thin" cookbooks (used) and love love love the recipes !!!!! they are so tasty and 1/2 to less even of the original recipe . It is a show on tv on lifestyle and I think the site is www.cookyourelfthin.com/tv worth checking out

I am fascinated that not everyone gets the same ads. There was a topic about a banana. I don't get that ad and I haven't see this one either. Suppose the computer knows I am beyond help? LOl
