You can get several sizes of boxes from the post office. They aren't the beautiful white ones, but they're the priority mail boxes and they're free.

I would buy boxes from the dollar store, wrap the quilt and pj's separately & then stack the boxes up like a tower & use one big ribbon/bow.

I don't know if you have a Big Lots or Tuesday Morning store where you live, but they have some nice strong beautiful gift boxes. They are more for storage, but very pretty and the Big Lots ones are pretty inexpensive. There are a lot of sizes, some good for quilts. I just made a padded photo album for my cousin's 50th wedding anniv. and I found a box that fit it just right. I don't know if either store is online.

Here you can get a mailer box for free from the po and after you fancy it up after you get it in the box, well be as free with the bows as you wish.

I used a clear plastic tote and lined it with colored tissue paper for a shower gift. Two gifts in one.
