Oh Loretta....One day when I was working I had hurried out the door early because all the "big wigs" were coming in from out of town and I had to run several major presentations with them. After I picked them all up at their hotel and right before the meeting..I went to the bathroom...while um...I was busy...I glanced down and I had on 1 blue pump and 1 black pump.

These are good ones, and thanks for the laugh this morning!

I have one that still makes me cringe to think about. A couple of years back I had to come into the office during the weekend to help the two engineers (men) here move offices around. I knew I'd get dirty, so I grabbed my jeans from the laundry hamper, not paying attention. I had been at work for a couple of hours when I sat down at my desk to pick my purse up off the floor. I had underwear sticking out of one of my pant legs. Not a great self-esteem booster. To say that I was mortified would be an understatement. ....I wanted to die. Of course, the guys were: a) too polite to say anything, b) didn't know how to approach the situation, c) were enjoying every moment of it and just waiting for me to notice.

This reminds me of something that happened to my best friends mom! It was about 9 years ago when I was still in high school and I was spending the night at my best friends house. Her mom grabbed clothes fresh out of the dryer, put them on, and ran to go do the grocery shopping. When she got back she was laughing because she found the fabric softener sticking out of the neck of her shirt while in the store and she was embarrassed. We then pointed out to her that she also had a pair of thong underwear sticking out of her pant leg!!!! Needless to say, she was even more embarrassed about that than the fabric softener sheet!!!!

LOL Thanks for the chuckles! :)

I had to testify in court one time and while I was sitting waiting to be called, this woman came out of the washroom. As she walked past to return to the court room I didn't know whether to get up and follow her in and say something to her, or just mind my own business ....the back of her skirt was tucked in her panty hose!!!!

When I first wore contacts they were plastic and one had a little black dot on it to tell them apart. I went to the soft lenses and mixed them up and did not know til I went for the follow up. Another time they were feeling uncomfortable....I had them turned inside out...that cost me a $25 office visit

I had gone to work several times with different tennis shoes on....getting dressed in the dark as not to wake up hubby...white tennis shoe w/blue trim on one foot the other foot trimmed in tan or whatever....told everyone at work that I had another pair just like them at home

LOL. I have been wearing contacts for over 10 years, still do that occasionally. I also have duhhhhhhhhh moment, wondering why I can't see. I have started putting the right in the container and making sure I close it and then the left, always checking the lid to make sure I put the right lid on too. Otherwise I have a tendency to mix them up in the contact case.
