In the Phoenix valley area, we usually have to make do with gazing at the snow on the nearby mountains, but I remember leaving work one winter night at 12.30 am and finding half an inch of snow on my car!

The one time I hiked all the way down the Grand Canyon, it was snowing on top and in the high 90's, maybe just over 100F, at the bottom 8-)
