Here are pictures of my garden, before and after the storm that hit Tuesday night in Norman, Oklahoma. It's so sad. I don't know whether to go ahead and try to replant or just clear the land for next year.

Garden before - hearty plants

Beautiful blooms

That is sad -

I'm not sure how much different the seasons are where you are located from southern MN -

I think there would be time for some of these to mature if you replanted (from seeds) now:

cucumbers
zucchini
green beans
beets
carrots - they are quite frost resistant
radishes

although some of these are less than thrilled about being in really hot weather (radishes)

early varieties of cantaloupe

are there any tomato plants left at any of the greenhouses?

too sad!

Don't give up, looks to me like some of those will come back.
If it were my garden, I'd let what is there stay, plant some smaller stuff in between them, and even some small types of corn. I LIKE corn!!

I think you have time to get crops in if you hunt for short season ones.

Good luck, and it's good that you are still safe.

how awful!

so sorry about your garden. try some short season plants. I think some of those in the pic might come back since it didn't all get taken down. Glad you are safe tho.

Ditto here.
Weather is really doing a number on a lot of people. At least you are ok. All the best.
