Did you know - - -
If I can remember the name of the board member and a topic, I can use that to google something faster (sometimes) than using the search feature.
Example: bearisgray quiltingboard orange yellow quilt This is also a reminder that anyone anywhere can read anything that one has posted. |
Thank you Bearisgray. Excellent reminder.

I rarely ever do a google search on something related to quilting or embroidery that the quiltingboard doesn't show up as one of the links. I don't even have to mention the board or member and in the list I'll see the board. Nothing is private on the web so saying oh well so and so won't ever read the board so I can put what I want; think again. Many things are found out by accident on the web

Just a reminder to know everyone knows everything. Or they can find it out. So what??? Nothing you can do but hide in a cave.

Right about everything on the internet being true! I have a friend who swears by what she reads online! Can't convince her otherwise!

Those would seem rather nice compared to some on the internet. :)

nothing is sacred on the web. So be careful. If user names are common and many people know your user name then they will definitely find you. on other sites I have changed my user name. None are the same.
