ok, tonight I was feeling a little lazy, I browned hamburger, 1/2 of an onion, then added Zatarain's dirty rice... at the end I threw in about 2 cups of frozen ( cooked it first ) veggies and that was it, pantry dinner in a bowl............ yummmm

My supper was made before I started sewing. Green beans with red potatoes cooked this morn, along with home made cole slaw & sliced tomatoes.Just heat the main dish & grab sides from fridge.

Local firemen are having their carnival. Must support your local firemen. Best fried ham sandwiches around. Homemade pies, icecream, fries, snow cones, homemade soups bean or chicken corn. Ahhh, this is the good life this week. They are even having a cake auction tonight. Never know what I might come home with. Oh, besides the higher cholesterol, that doesn't count this week.lol

I started a diet today and had about 12 red vines, 1 popsicle, 1 root beer and 1 rice crispy marshmellow treat....didn't do too well and I don't feel well either!

You need food. The more you read, the more you'll understand how your body will do better, lose more, when you eat good. Just not as much.It takes time...& that's not easy.Find a couple sites on line to help, like WW or Fitday. Good luck.
