I have harvest things that I put out by the front door for Thanksgiving. I live in an apartment so I can't go all out but I do what I can. I even have my neighbor across the hall from me decorating too.

I just add a little to the scarecrows I already have up. But, I am itching to put up Christmas decorations. I love to do it and have a new house to decorate for the first time.

Mike and I don't have our kids all the time, so I wanted to make pumpkins that wouldn't rot...and now I will have them forever =D

In October I put out some fall flowers (silk) and set a few ceramic pumpkins. I have a fall quilt I hang at the end of the hallway. The weekend after Thanksgiving, I change the flowers to pointsettias and holly for Christmas. I have a crystal bowl filled with pretty ornaments and Christmas quilt for the hall wall. I usually change the table runners and tableclothes also. I don't do too much anymore like most of you.

Great decorating you guys. I don't decorate outside, just the cows would see it. LOL. BUt I do have fall quitls inside and my dining table with fall flowers and pumpkins.

I love pumpkins and gourds and set them in the flower bed out front as well as the front porch and inside (here I use the ones that are coated so they don't rot.) I plant mums and keep a few small pots of them in the house. Your entryway looks great.

I do the fall pumpkins and leaves and a few lights at the door way, I have the yearly Thanksgiving here.

Your door way is very cute.

Tink, yours is really cute too.

Thank you everyone.

Eh, I think the beautiful golden brown turkey surrounded by delicious side dishes is all the decoration I need for Thanksgiving.

Cute, cjomomma! I am not a seasonal decorator. I find it all I can do to maintain! I decorate kind of minimally for Christmas. Maybe some day I will do more. I LOVE others' decorations though! I'm glad for people like you!

When the kids were littler I would decorate for each and every holiday. Now that they're older (teen and pre teen) we don't do it anymore. Now come Christmas we go all out!
