Does anyone have a method for
putting lotion on your back by your self. My skin is so dry and there are place I just cant reach.

I know they make a device to do this, just Google "lotion applicator."
|
i don't usually have a need to do that, but when i have done it, i find that the back of an old wooden spoon works.
|
I put a washcloth on the end of my wooden backscratcher secured with a big rubberband. Works fine for me and is long enough to reach wherever I need it.
|
The last time I sunburned my back, I used a rubber spatula for aloe vera. You could try that for lotion.

Here's a link to a tool I bought on Amazon:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003DQGPXY/ Works great, but is no longer in stock. Search Amazon for other options. This one has a plastic pad which makes it very easy to clean; we just wipe it off with a washcloth when necessary. |
I just lotion my hands making sure most of the lotion is on the back of my hand and with palms out put my hands behind my back and lotion the bottom half of my back and use palms to get the upper half works pretty well

Bed, Bath and Beyond has a really nice applicator for the back, and it is nice and big with a long handle, so you can reach all areas of your back. I have one, and it is so nice!

call the hunk next door!!!
