We hear coyotes nearly every night. A frequent visitor is a great horned owl on our chimney. You have some fantastic photos. Thanks for sharing.
love the eagle snad all the rest of the visitors.
I want to be your neighbor! I love watching wild life and even though I live on a farm I don't see much cause of where we live. Thanks for shareing the pics!
What great pictures. I also would love to be your neighbor and see all this wildlife. How lucky you are and to share with us. Thank you.
So nice you can appreciate your neighbors! You are, indeed, lucky.
oh my, that last one!! And breakfast by the birds, what a nice beginning to your day.
thanks for sharing. great pictures. we have seen some eagles but they don't nest along here. Would be plenty of gophers and mice for them to eat if they did would be great to see. Have seen some big owls here lately, have had a cow and calf taken by the mountain lion that is around, scared to let dogs out for too long at night as they might be a late night supper.
Loved seeing your pictures. Thanks for posting.
Such a lucky person to have such a view. I love being in the city but I also seeing things like that; its sad I can't have it all. Thank you so much for sharing your pictures.

What a great shot of the eagle--beautiful bird. Enjoyed seeing all the other wood creatures--no wonder you like living next to the woods.
WOW love all the pics - you have a very active back yard :)
Fabulous pictures, I am jealous of your wildlife.
Thanks for sharing. |
Great pictures....how wonderful to see an eagle...
We live waaaay out in the country- we have acres and acres of land.. So there is plenty of room for the wildlife to roam.. Most days it's beautiful then there's days when I miss the convenience of the city.. But these creatures do make us smile and remind us to stop and smell the roses often..
Beautiful. Where do you live? Would love to have a yard like that.
Thank you for sharing such fun pictures. I envy you being able to see all this in your yard. Animals are fun to watch and friends are great for sharing. Where do you live to have such variety?
Very cool nature preserve you have going! Thanks for the pics. What state are you in?
Love your pictures. We have some wildlife where we live in the country but no Bobcats, Turkeys, or Cardinals. I would love to have the Cardinals and enjoy seeing them when I do travel East. (Forgot! Some Turkeys showed up in a small town called LaConner here in WA--about 35 mi north of me. They are mostly in Eastern WA where I saw some north of Spokane.)
I really miss living in the country.
You are so lucky to live in an area with such beautiful wildlife. Thanks for sharing your pictures with us.
What wonderful pictures .thanks so much for sharing.
I am soo jealous!! I love to watch wildlife, my favorite place in the world is at Yellowstone Natl Park.
Thanks for the pictures. You have a busy yard. Last summer we had a doe with twins and a doe with a single fawn visit our yard and it was so much fun to watch the fawns as they grew. We also had a black bear visit last spring.
We have some of the same but not as often as you. Thanks for sharing the pictures...

Wonderful pictures. The eagle is gorgeous

Thank you for sharing your pictures! We have lots birds in our backyard. The deer come and eat the apples off my tree every fall. This year we had a red fox living near by. Every now then she would bolt across the backyard. Nothing like what you have though. Beautiful pictures, what kind of camera do you use? Do you have a tele-photo lens or a zoom? My son just gave me a camera so I'm looking forward to taking pictures again.

we have cameras and surveillance cameras all over the property.. and these are a daily occurrence for all the wildlife.. the cameras pick up movement and sounds so we get lots and lots of pics... the bird feeder pics I took using my digital nikon... sometimes they let me get close enough to capture them... I do have a telephoto lens but rarely do i use it..
We have an albino skunk that seems to be camera shy, and only comes out at night.. I would love to get an Owl Pic but those are hard to capture as well, cant get close enough or just gets spooked and takes to flight.. last year we had a black bear come thru but the pic came out blurred... guess he was in a hurry to be on his way.. We have lots of box turtles that love out blackberries in our orchard and every now and them we get an alligator turtle.. Oh yea I cannot forget the menacing Armadillos and Possums.. We have plenty of them around too.. |
