Firefox trouble

Just upgraded to version 20 of Firefox and now cannot type in the search fields. Warning, download a version of Internet Explorer or Google Chrome to use as backup. Thank goodness I had a backup so I could still get online. Firefox knows about the problem and will have a fix "as soon as possible" A fat lot of good that does me today. Ha Ha.

In the past I have heard good things about Moxilla Firefox, but never got around to using it. A superb guru installed Google Chrome on my laptop about 4 years ago and I've used it ever since. One reason he did so, he said, was because it isn't "back heavy" -- it doesn't have lots of extraneous stuff loading in the background. I'm not saying that is still true for Chrome, or that it *is* true for other programs. I just like Chrome, haven't had a problem ever, and use that still.
