and I am ....terrible. LOL I had a GREAT time. I could tell about 10 minutes into it, that I am out of shape. I have left handed turns down but somehow, I just "think" too much about my right side--must be why I am the way I am.

In all honesty, I was just happy to sit on the horse on the first try! It was the fastest 1.5 hours I have had all week. I know exercise is supposed to be a stress reliever, but this, by far, beat all that treadmill to he%%!

Now, if I can only get out of bed for work tomorrow....

Last time I rode was 15 years ago or so. Later, I got in my car and drove the hundred miles back home. By the time I arrived, I could barely move! How great to enjoy the great outdoors from horseback!

My body is not shaped to fit on a horses back side! Haven't done that for lots of years because it was so traumatic! :?
