Florida

heading to Dunedin on the 17th for the last two Blue Jay games. Watching the weather as we still have lots of snow. Some open areas west of Toronto that have big white outs and lots of truck traffic.

There's a fabric store there with lots of choices. Haven't been able to break away yet to go visit, so can't give a review. Maybe others have been there.

Rainbows End Quilt Shoppe is only THE best shop in the entire state of Fl. I love love love it. I do some serious damage to my credit card whenever I visit. The staff is like family and are uber friendly. The fabrics and patterns are to die for. Way too much. You go on sensory overload after about 10 minutes. Do not miss the back room. Where all the 'good' stuff is kept. Have fun, Wish I was there with you.

I'm south of there but it is cold and gloomy most of the area. Cheary place today would be the Naples Guild Quilt Show. Attended Fri and it was fabulous.
My choice of store is "HEARTLAND" in Winter haven Fl. Wish I had bought more of the food fabric --in their Fresh Market section while there at yr end.
Weather to change next week --good thing as my friend from ON is flying in from Buffalo today. Enjoy the games.

Hey, my next door neighbor here in Pinellas Park FL is from North Bay. We have lots of Canadians. You may know her, she used to own a convience store right on the main street. Now the space has been turned into an apartment.
FYI Pinellas Park is just south of Dunedin, in the same county. i dont want to use her name here.

Have fun, I'd father be there than in Toronto right now. At least we can watch the Jays on TV. Fun game today. Looks like they will have some good pitching this year. Can't believe it has been 20 years since they won the Series.

Born and raised in Florida and live there for 47 years. Still have a home in Pinellas Park and all hubby's kids live there. But I love Alabama
