I have a Janome 300e and have put images on the ATA Pc card before and used them in the machine. Now it shows no images on the card. I've refomatted the card and reloaded the images and a font and nothing shows up on the machine. The images and font are in .jef format and I'm at a loss on what else to do. Has anyone else had this issue, if so, how did you resolve it. I have a friend that asked me to do a simple job for them and I've spent 3 weeks and $60 for fonts and I can't get it to work! Sorry, to vent but I don't like to fail, especially on something so simple. Cookies, I need more cookies!

If you're opening the 'folder' tab and them 'F5' folder after inserting the card, then the only think I can think would be call a dealer for advise. Sorry you're having these issues ... so frustrating!

Different machine but same problem - very frustrating. I'll ask DH if he can remember what the issue was.

Well, I asked DH but his solution was to just keep trying - eventually the files showed up. Not very satisfactory - sorry. I hope it eventually works for you.

you need to make sure they are in an "EMB" folder I use Embird to transfer them to the ATA cards. I have had mine for years. I hope this helps.

I have to put card in for machine to format and then download patterns to card, then have to move them to the"emb" file, then the machine will read...Hope this helps..
