LadyIlene put a thread on there a week or so ago stating she would like a "quilting buddy" from her area. We got together for lunch yesterday and had a delightful time(well, I am sure I did and hope she did too). She brought me two lovely paper pieced pattens! She also brought some wonderful dinosauer blocks she is working on for a quilt for her grandson.

We went to two local thrift shops and found a few bargains! We hope to get together soon for some quilting.

Isnt this board great! I am looking forward to a meeting in April with some other quilters from the board! So much fun to put faces with the names you see.

This is a great place! Another board member and myself met up with a board member we found on here, in our same area, did the same, such a sweet lady! We are in a new QFK chapter here together!
