Have just bought one for summer use when aga is off , but the cooking nstructions are so very sparse and vague---------can anyone help??????????
Need to know how I cook braising steak/casseroles and on what rack and if in a container , in addition, are roast vegetables placed alongside the meat on lower rack.
Any help is appreciated---thanks

No, a Delta but very similar to JML , for the counter top; the wretched company have NO idea how to advise on cooking ,the instructions presumably written in China are gobbledygook and seemingly all makes are the same with naff instructions and there is nothing on the internet either.

I really need to know how to cook lamb chops/braising steak--slow cook and casseroles in what open or covered and on what wire rack. thanks.
