Hancock fabric discounts
 

Since tomorrow is the first Wednesday of the month, will there be a discount at the stores? I need to buy some black jersey to make GD a special T-shirt and the waist band of a very special skirt to wear on the first day of school. And we all remember how important it is to wear just the right clothes on that first day of school!

I know that here it is every 1st and 3rd Wed is senior citizen discount; and that's on top of all other discounts and sales. The 2nd Wed is Military discount. I love the 1st three Weds of the month. Unlike Joann's you only have to be 55 to get the discount and they don't card you.

I haven't been getting my Hancock mailers lately. Have you guys? I always used the 40% coupons. But at our Hancock's, they honor other craft coupons so I can also print out Hobby Lobby coupons & use them, too. I may buy a lot of fabric but I do try to get it on sale or with a coupon. This month I was hoping to use the notions coupon to buy one of those big slotted sheet rulers (I think they're by June Tailor).

It is wonderful to be able to use competitor's coupons at Hancocks! They take JoAnns' coupons also.
