I have seen a few White Deer around Bridgeport, WA. The first time you see them it is a shock!

I have seen albino deer but not an all whit one as of yet. The do happen occasionally.

I have seen one albino, but around here they are ostracized from the rest of the deer population :(
Those are gorgeous!! I would love to see them :D:D:D

There is a large herd inside the Seneca Army Depot in The Finger Lakes area of NY. It amazing at dusk its not unusual to see 20 - 30 at the fence line.

Isn't that pretty! I had quite a scare with a deer coming home one night a few weeks ago. I just caught her in my vision on the passenger side and started to slow down..I drive like a grandma anyway so I always go the speed limit. When I realized she wasn't going to stop I slammed on the brakes. I bumped her hind quarter really hard on the drivers side front bumper. Luckily she kept going and there wasn't even a scratch to my car. Thank Goodness. On both counts..I can't stand the thought of hurting an animal..

I bet they're hard to hunt when there is snow on the ground. :)

Oh what beautiful creatures. Makes one wonder if they are what started the "unicorn" myth?

Never know! Living in Southeast Louisiana, I wonder if I would ever know. I can always wonder. It would be great to see this in person.
