Some time ago, I read an article about dealing with fatigue by spoonfuls per day. It was an effort to help people not suffering with this to understand what it was like to deal with chronic fatigue. My sister has just been diagnosed with lupus, and is have a lot of issues with fatigue as a result.
I can't find the article anymore, and am hoping that one of the wonderful board members can point me in the right direction.

My daughter has Lupus (32) and this really puts things into perspective for her and others - I appreciate your sharing.
