Help with Watched Topics"

Somehow I enabled the watch topics from buddies only capability. I did not want to do that, so how do I go back to being able to view all my watched topics and not just those from buddies?

LOL, i did it to see if i could help, couldn't but closed the board and reopened and it's back to normal, try it

I tried that but it is still the same, homefully the Admin will respond.
