I was on HRT for about 5 years and was the only thing that ever worked for me, but felt it too risky to stay on. I'm close to 59 and have been flashing for at least 10 years with little or no relief in sight. My Mom was close to 90 and still had several a day. No fair!

After awhile I gave up and now I just keep the ceiling fan in the bedroom on high all the time. You will discover that now that winter is approaching that your feet will never get cold! :lol:
