hahahahh...my husband says that I have occupied the entire house and all he has to himself is one dresser drawer ahahahahah..he is fibbing of course, trying to get sympathy from our friends lol.
He has an entire man's dresser...Half of our walk in closet and half the garage. We share the main bedroom, the middle room is my doll and quilt room storage. It has a small electric bed and we both use it for a reading room, I own the closet in there lol. The front room that I call the white room is mine!! that is where I knit and read and watch tmy favorite dvd's..hubby does come in and sits in the chair and he does stay awhile...he ain't fooling me, he likes my movies lol. \Then there is the studio, it's all mime but both our computers are in herel...my long arm is in here too. Here is a pic of my doll and quilt room...most dolls are naked..the porcelain ones. I also have clothe dolls not here. Front doll is an EPA original, made by her |
I'd like to say they are all mine. I have three kids and and DGD who live with me so I have a corner of the dining room and my tiny bedroom. Oh well, it works for me.
They all are mine  I am single and only have one son living with me , so ok I give him one room , to borrow  LOL

Yes, I have most of the house for my collections and craft stuff
Hubby has a nascar collection and John Deere stuff. He also has a huge garage (how big???) It is long enough to pull 2 semi truck and trailer in side by side and has the big garage doors with a loft |
 Generous soul that I am, William has his chair and a half of a 10x10 storage unit!
The rest of it is mine, and he best be mindin' his P's & Q's if he wants to use it!! ;) (In reality, the living room is pretty much his, the kitchen is his, he has a bathroom to himself, and I let him share my bed...what more could a guy ask for? ;) ) |
All mine, w/ 1.5 for sewing.. :)
Same with me. My husband and I share a bedroom, he has his computer and desk in there, along with tv. I have my sewing at the end of our small living room. We have raised 2 DGK, one of them stayed at school and worked and took classes this summer. then we have 22 yr old . that we have had since birth)15 yr old and 13 yr old qho we adopted and their mother who is 37. We do not have any room, but we survive and have learned a lot.
NOT ENOUGH!! I have 3/4's of our w/i closet, 2/3's of the sunroom and a 1/4 of the basement that I call mine. He has 2 car garage and 3/4's of basement. Basement and garage are loaded. When we got married, we both had our own houses. We howed and howed!! But still, OMG. Stepson no longer lives with us and my son is going onto college. Will most likely take over stepsons room in near future.
I have a painting/rubber stamping/geneology/scrapbooking room in the basement and almost all of the upstairs is my sewing room. I have a couple of beds, a few dressers (with fabric in them), a couch, tv, chairs up there too but every room has fabric and sewing machines stored in it. Oh, my computer is up there too so that I can take a break from sewing and get on this board. Our upstairs is almost 2000 sq. ft so I have a generous sewing "room."

kids are grown, and the house is mine, DH has the garage, I don't go in it LOL, and one spare bedroom, anything he wants go keep goes there, We do share the den LOL and our bedroom
All of them. I only allow my DH and 3 children to share with me. I figure if I do all the cleaning then I get to claim all of it. 3 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms, livingroom and especially the kitchen.
I am just kidding, sort of. I have a small area behind the couch in the livingroom that is all mine, no one dares go in there. I can keep an eye on the kids and do my sewing. |
Since the kids have moved out I turned one room into my craft/computer room and another room into my sewing haven. My husband turned the basement into his saltwater reef. Most mornings I go upstairs to play & he goes downstairs to play. Since he is retired & home 24/7 this has helped save our sanity.

On one hand, since I live alone ALL the rooms are mine. Then again, I have cats so I am renting the house from them....

The whole house is mine!!! But my work area is just in one big room. We enclosed the garage, paneled it, added a bathroom, windows, carpet, heat and air, the works for my sewing/craft/office. I love it!!
Most of it, lol! Dson complained last night, because we ate on the deck....I said, its too nice to eat inside....but REALLY the table was COVERED with sewing stuff, lol!
I am a widow and live alone, basically. Have DGS 16 and 10 yrs old who spend a lot of time with me in the summer months and they tend to hog the TVs, etc. But sometimes I send them home to Mom and Dad. They have learned to just walk around the quilting stuff.
I've one room on the main floor, which is my room for sewing, computer and storage for my plans, seeds and maps for all my gardens. Five of my quilts cover the walls. There's wall space for 2 small quilts yet. However, I will be using part of an unoccupied bedroom in the basement for my Easy Quilter I just bought, unless I take down my big ironing board and use that space. I need to get a table to set that up on.

It's all mine - I am living alone in a 4 bed house. I do try and keep one room habitable for guests though.

I love that saying and it's not a saying, I've had both and it's a fact! |
Someday... someday...
I have to share my sewing room with my laundry/pantry... always a mess. Too many clothes and dishes, cans, et cetera. I always feel claustrophobic in there. Then, my guest room is taken up by a queen sized bed and half the closet full of my dh's old stereo components that he won't get rid of. The garage is a collection of all our junk (mostly kid stuff) and the storage room is the same way. My dh has the basement as his room that we are "guests" in. He also has a space all to himself for his hobby. When he leaves for a year, I am taking over!!!! HA HA HA HA HA HA. (I still have years and years before my kids move out, which is good because I LOVE having them here, so not having space until then is okay with me.) |
Guess the kitchen's mine, everything else I share with one or more of the men in my house.
When it comes to cleaning it's all mine. Otherwise my sewing room.
I have my own office/sewing/craft room right off the kitchen. We found an old schoolroom door at a reclamation place in CA last year with four glass panels with chicken wire that is my room door. Everyone that sees it says it reminds them of the principal's office. They're not far from wrong!! I agree with Ann Clare on the cleaning part of the house.

Well I have a tiny 6X8 room that is my office/sewing room. Lately the guys have been putting some of the carpet cleaning supplies in there and I'm down to one little corner!
My DH has the garage and the den. The rest of the house is mine, lol, though I do allow him to sleep with me
I have one room to sew in
Just me and Petey so we have the run of the house. Petey claims my recliner tho
They are ALL mine...since i clean them i claim them
I have my sewing room and I 'm taking over the never used formal dining room to share with my grandkids. Dan has the den and garage, we share our bedroom, kitchen and family room. The other rooms are up for grabs.
All of them!!
We have a two story, 4 bedroom, full basement, home. The kids are married with kids and homes of their own, so we sort of split up the space.. I have nearly half of the basement, full of sewing machines and books and fabric.. One upstairs bedroom with a closet full of quilts and dressers in there full of fabric.. one bedroom is his hobby room.. and we share the other bedroom (computers and printers in there) and master bedroom. Downstairs is my big embroidery machine and a half a ton of projects around it... otherwise we share the rest of the downstairs, except on cleaning day... then the whole thing is mine alone!! garage is all his... he can have it, too dusty and hot out there for me to enjoy.
Steinar has a few shelves in the sewing room and 1/2 of the living room sofa. I figure if I clean it and care for it, then it's mine!
When my son moved to NYC after college, I took over his bedroom for my sewing room but left his bed up. The first time he came home he whined about not having a bedroom anymore. I told him he wouldn't sleep in there anyway because there is no TV (he took it with him) and to go sleep in the small TV room where there is a futon. He only visits about 2x per yr. Last Sept our daughter moved out and I'm slowly taking over that room too. We got a new mattress and moved the old one into her room and there is a TV in there because she didn't take hers. Oh and I did take down DS bed eventually. I also have quilting stuff in both closets now, although sharing with some of kids stuff still at home.
I have a 23 x 28' room in the basement that is a walk out and I have my sewing and crafting set up in there and that is where my quilt group meets also. I have a couple of closets in there too and although it is not fancy at all ..it is pleasant and I have lots of room...I have about 8 gals that meet each wk at my house for group..we used to quilt more but now it seems it is more portable for them to bring knitting or embroidery etc.
I have a big walk up attic that is ideal for storing batting and stuffing etc so that works well.. It is just dh and I so I have all the room I can possibly use and more than enough to clean lol |
They are all mine.
