Does your Dr suggest physical therapy? I have/had a herniated cervical disc that created immense pain and the PT worked miracles. Altho it doesn't work for everyone.

Yep...tried PT and steroids. Did not work for me long term. I'm hoping the dr tomorrow will try a shot. Hopefully that works. Today was a bad day! Could barley stand at all. It's such a downer. But this too shall pass and one way or another I will get better!
