I almost don't care what is in the sandwich ... but it must be made with a hearty crusty bread. After that, the more meats, cheeses, and veggies the merrier.

I make wonderful sandwiches. To me, a sandwich is an art form.

I hate to admit it, but I just love Peanut butter and Jelly.

Start with a bread that has some BODY to it (no wimpy pre-sliced sandwich stuff, please), add thick slices of homegrown tomato, some avocado, mayo, turkey or chicken (real stuff, not lunch meat), a good cheese, fresh leaf lettuce (no iceberg), and an appetite.

Chicago style hot beef wet of course!

Grilled cheese with a thin sliced tomato, or chopped chives, grilled right into it.

Oh yes! Make two of those puppies, I am on my way. Lol

Don't like sandwiches - ate too many stale sandwiches when I went to school!

My favourite when out and about..... black rye bread....cream cheese....alfalfa sprouts...tomato.... and avacado....mmmmmmm!!!!! (with a tad of sea salt).....

toasted bagel with plain cream cheese, roast beef, and sliced cucumber.

peanut butter and honey on super-soft white bread.

fried egg on muffin with chipotle mayo.

turkey, pepper jack cheese, sliced pepperoncinis on sourdough (or other crusty bread) with mustard and chipotle mayo.

now I'm hungry, lol.
