A couple weeks ago my DH surprised me and purchased an I-Phone for me. Been wanting 1 forever. So excited. Tell me what are some good apps to download for quilting? When I go to the Apps store I am just so overwhelmed by everything and not really sure how to even find anything. Tried to find some ringtones but that was even hard to do. Would appreciate all the help you could possibly give to me.

Thanks

I had an Iphone for a month last year. I never thought of quilting apps. But since I love garage sales I did download a garage sale app letting me know of different sales in the area!

An Iphone can be overwhelming at first. Just do one thing at a time and it will all fall into place.

When I got my iphone quilting apps were the first thing I looked for. I have several and don't use them often. but do as search for "quilts, quilting," also do fabric. Joann's has one, Robert Kaufman has one. There are apps for calculating fabric needed for certain sizes Fabric stash is a pretty good one too. but does cost $5 There is one app I have seen advertised magazines, but it is $20. a bit much to me. Just have fun searching!

now that I think is awesome for the garage sales. Wonder if they have 1 for estate sales. That is what I love.

Yes it is very overwhelming. After the first couple days I was ready to take it back and go back to my En3. The I-Phone takes some getting used to that is for sure.

I hope you keep your iPhone. I've had one for almost two years and would be lost without it. I did download one quilting app, but have not used it. I love the games; have Sparkle the Game, Words with Friends, Traffic Rush, Chuzzle, Labyrinth and Arcade Bowling to name a few. You can read about them before downloading them. Just go to the "App Store" and then tap the "search" button at the bottom, then at the top put in the game you're searching for. Once you see the names of the games, tap on one and scroll down to read about it. When you scroll to the bottom, you can see pictures of the actual games.

There are a bunch of us gals here doing the Words with Friends game. It's like Scrabble, lots of fun! Here's the link on the QB, feel free to add me!
