Had a guy ask me today if my shoes were "those "Shape Up" things...when I replied that they were, he informed me that they MUST be workin' because I sure had a nice shape!
IN FRONT OF MY HUSBAND!! (Who diplomatically kept quiet and didn't ROTF!!) Haven't had anyone say anything like that in YEARS....am honestly trying to remember if anyone has EVER said anything like that!! LOL |

I got these at Burlington Coat Factory...and I had my doubts about how effective they would be, but you can feel it when you walk! They do take some getting used to!

I have a pair of Shape Ups and I love them for walking.
My husband and I are mall walkers (because we can't walk outside now for the next four months.) I have no aches anymore with these kind of goofy looking shoes. |
maybe we can get a deal on so many pairs of these shoes? Think I will go get myself a pair as well.

New Balance has come out with a style that looks like a regular shoe but has the technology built in. My son's girlfriend says they really work.

I use them at work. Haven't really noticed much of a difference in my shape, but my feet don't hurt after being on them for 14 hours!

I have a pair but until the past couple of days, I haven't spent enough time on my feet to make a difference! Too much time at the sewing machine, if you know what I mean! :) The past couple of days though have been a good workout!
