I was luck to get the Inspira along with my sister from a good friend of my sisters. Got the Mega Quilter along with it, all she had to do was stay with the ladies daughter while she recovered for a week after som surgery. Any way as my husband was putting it together there was so meny parts missing. No end cup for rails...no cord to pug in the cruise control, then on the handle of the carriage the button you push is not using cruise control is broke. I guess I can complain to much it was free and the machine is great. My husband was able to get parts to make the rails work thank goodness. But when I called viking they done have anyway of getting parts because Inspira is not long in business making the frame I was told,,,,,,oh well,,,anyone know hhere I can get any parts???

So let me get this straight, Viking makes Inspira frames but doesn't offer any support as in parts and service? Did you call Viking directly or check at a dealer in your area?

If you can't get any from Viking, you might try eBay.
