I love nature and especially the birds. There are many links on the web for nest cams - but I especially like watching the Eagles. The following link is to a nest in Decorah, Iowa - there is currently one egg in the nest with one or two more to be forthcoming. These birds are just magnificent!

I love the eagles and am lucky enough to live in an area where they are plentiful. My favorite eagle memory was, one spring I was sitting out on the end of the dock and an eagle swooped down not more than 10 feet from me with wings spread and grabbed a fish out of the lake in front of me. I was in awe.

I love them too....they come down south here to winter over at Lake Buchanon in Marble Falls area. My MIL went on the vanishing river cruise to see them...They were in all their glory, hunting, nesting and hangin' out!

Second egg arrived tonight - amazing to watch happen live. The nest is 80 feet in the air and almost 6 feet in diameter. It's just so incredible to watch - in this world where things move at such a fast pace, yet 80 feet in the air a miracle takes place without most of us even being aware of it.
