I've missed this place! I've been away too long.

Just want to say hi to the quilting board after being away for probably a little over a year. We had quite a situation in the family that knocked me for a loop right about a year ago and that's when I stopped visiting. I don't remember when the last time it was that I even sat at the sewing machine.

Just want to let you know that I'm happy to be back and hope to post once in awhile. Wishing everyone a wonderful Christmas season.

Glad to have you back.

Glad you're back. Welcome to the board again. This board of sewers can be a big help in those situations. Now you can begin sewing again.

Thank you ladies it's nice to be back, I've always felt that this was a very friendly place to be. The only thing in the past year I've done that has to do with quilting was organize my little quilting corner. I'd love to show the before and after pics but I'm still not sure how to do it. I've tried adding attachments and that didn't work and then I went to help and there was supposed to be an icon above the message box which I just didn't see. If anyone has a couple of minutes to spare to let me know how to do it I would be so grateful.

Welcome back, I find quilt making is the best medicine for me. Staying busy with something you can control is so much better than staying busy with something you can't control.

I also joined and then went *missing* after some illness and trouble getting logged in. Glad I'm not the only one who was on "leave" and has come back. Hope the reasons for being gone have resolved themselves. Donna

Welcome back I truly hope things have settled down for your family I totally understand what it's like we've had a couple of major scares on this end and I'm just getting back to the board too. I missed it every morning when I'd normally have my coffee and I'm just starting to sew again as well.
