Laudry day

Today is a good day to wash my bedding. I'm not going anywhere and I have the time. I did my clothes first. When I went to take get the bedding, my lovely cat Chloe was in a deep, deep sleep, with her whole head buried under her two front legs! I just couldn't disturb her, she just looked too cute sleeping. Fortunately her habit is to get up in the afternoon so I can get the sheets blanket and quilt then. Next time, I will strip the bed in the morning when I get up, before she settles down for her morning nap!!!! LOL!

Aren't you a sweet, caring mom not to wake her until she was ready. :)

M precious "Chance" thinks our bed is his when we get up in the mornings...so, when it's time to make bed..I've learned to make it without distrubing him...he tends to sleep at the foot of the bed..as Stitchit123 wrote, our pets have trained us well. But what would life be without them?

I laughed as I read this! It's amazing how we adjust our schedule to theirs.

I have two small dogs and one of them loves to be covered up with her head on the pillow. We call her Madam Princess when she does, but its too cute for words

Those critters really have to be factored into our schedules, don't they!! I used my cat when I was working- I fed her at 6 AM every morning, so she'd be the one to wake me up - she'd be carrying on like crazy for her breakfast. Much more pleasant than an alarm, and no way to ignore her, like one might a snooze alarm!!

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I like to make my bed every morning, but if I don't do it fast, KC, my oldest kitty jumps up and take 'her' spot to snuggle in for the day. I don't have the heart to disturb her, so the bed goes unmade for that day. My day doesn't get to start before I have taken care of the furballs. First each one comes to me for their brushing, then I clean litter bins and sweep the bathroom floor of all those little pieces shaken from paws. Then they get fed and fresh water. After all that, I get to start my shower and get ready for work. I am nicely trained.
