What is "champers"???

We also do the "exclusive" party route. Children are grown and out of the house, so we have movie night and snacks that we wouldn't usually eat in an evening.
HAPPY NEW YEAR from central IL. :)

Happy New Year to all. My husband and I were in bed by 10:30 pm Dec. 31st. We never stay up til midnight now that our son has moved. We used to stay up when our granddaughters were spending the night. We'd have blowers and snacks and drinks.

We celebrated an early meal with some wonderful dear friends, then came home to our lovely dog (avatar) and put on her Thundershirt, as she has anxiety attacks (she shakes/ cringes/ and almost trips us with her being inbetween our legs and not wanting to be left alone) with loud sounds since her stroke. Watched tv and listened to the fireworks. Don't think we made it to midnight tho !LOL

Happy New Year to one and all -be safe, healthy and may it be a wonderful year.
