I got my mom and MIL these flowers 3 years ago... MIL killed her's in one week and my Mom's flower will not stop! she pinches it and waters it .... and a little grow power.... it had a total of 22 flowers the one month..

It's all about which window it sits in...plants need just the right light to do their best, and not to be overwatered!!

Oh how lucky she is to have a green thumb. This
is a beautiful plant.

I would be more like your MIL except I think that
in the past I have killed cactus in 2 weeks and DID
NOT over water.

Love your hat avatar. The people where i work are having fun decorating hats for halloween. We do it for fun and have a parade of sorts to show them off. Our boss is going to display them in is store this year.

EDIT: I forgot to say how much I like your moms Cyclamen. They are not the easiest house plant to keep. Congrats' to her. TFS!

Cyclamen are not easy houseplants to keep. They like cool temperatures and bright light.

Whatever she is doing tell her not to change her routine!

That one is very pretty. Nice job!

My mother had a green thumb too. I always tell people she could put a toothpick in a pot of dirt and grow something from it.

My oldest daughter inherited the green thumb and has beautiful plants. She's even a horticulture teacher. But unfortunately, those genes skipped my generation.

I can't keep cyclamens alive... even if I give them the coolest room in my house.

Maybe because it's also fairly dark there...

OH HE JUST TRIES TO GET INTO EVERY PICTURE!!
