I can not change the past few moments and I can not predict the next few moments but I can BE in this moment.


In this moment I am:

Calm
Loved
Sane
Blessed with good friends
A Child of God


You can't change the past and the future hasn't happened yet so stop and feel this moment.

This is something we should all keep in mind, especially when dealing with difficult situations.

Content, happy to have wonderful friends in person and on line. Loving the person I am with and knowing I am loved in return. Oops, my dog says she is content too. LOL

Last night, I would have had an entirely different "moment", but today, despite all the difficulties, I am smiling, relaxed, and at peace. As soon as I get home from work, that will all change - for now, I am okay. (With God, ALL things are possible!)

In this moment, I am ready to get home, do chores and start putting my quilt sandwich together. Also, happy to still be alive. I am the 2nd oldest of 5 siblings and the last one alive, 3 younger than me and 1 older. Been the only for nine years almost 10.

Calm
Contented
Loved and loving
Quiet
Peaceful

all the above, even tho it has been a long day.

Enjoying each quiet moment being on here, listening to Christmas music via my MP player, drinking water, and keeping warm. Oh, and talking to the Man upstairs. Time to go back to bed since I am so relaxed.

At this moment I'm feeling:
Stressed
overwhelmed
foolish(waiting till the last minute)
but I know it is all doable
