I used to have a cat that was the same way. Always right beside the machine or laying on the fabric.

I could not imagion my life without this cat....he follows me from room to room...beating the crap out of me...when ever possible....and loves to carry my straight pins around in his mouth...not a good thing either...lol..I had to put my dog to sleep 2 days before christmas.....and thought i might get a cat...this one showed up at my doorstep...almost dead..it has not eaten...is some time and very weak...how could a person say no????

He is just darling. I have one that likes to peek at me through the throat of my machine too. They love to be so "helpful"
