Congratulations Grandma, it's all exciting being a grandmother......and new.....I was minding mine whilst her mother was buying something at the counter of a shop and there was some waiting involved and eventually a woman said, "Is she yours? (I am well past being a young Mum) and I said "No she belongs to the that lady, and pointed to my daughter in law," and afterwards thought, drrrrh, I should have said,"Yes she's my grandaughter." I thought I am so new at this.......all the best, love the date too, my boys were born on this day, 32 years ago.

Congratulations!!!!! What a precious Christmas present. I am very partial to December babies - My two boys were born in December also - Dec. 5, 1977 and Dec. 3, 1982. I can't believe that they are 35 and 30 now.
