Oh my, this machine is amazing!!

I ordered it form Bed, Bath and Beyond. It listed for 99.99 but I had a 20% off coupon. So total out to UPS for delivery was 91.00.

I made some cabbage rolls in it for dinner, they were fabulous. Next time I will add a little bit more tomato sauce, we had enough for dinner. I will have to add some when I reheat them for tomorrow's meal.

wow, that is cool and looks like it is safer than the ones on the stove, didn't know that they made an electric pressure cooker, now I want one

What do you like better about the electric vs the stop top models?

Chasing Hawk 10-05-2010 05:20 PM

I never used one before, my Mom does. I found this one to be really easy, much easier than my embroidery machine...haha

I can't wait to make a pot of chili this weekend.

The stove top ones terrify me, this one has 7 safety features on it.

I didn't know they made electric ones.

I use mine a lot for canning. Does the instruction book say anything about canning in that one?

No, I don't think it's big enough. But here is the link to it at the manufacture's site.

Sounds like something I could use. As a child I saw one explode, hurling parts of that night's chicken dinner all over the kitchen, and threw the lid out of a window that wasn't open.

Scared me, never did use one after I grew up and out on my own.
Just might check this one out, I never knew they made an electric one.

Does it lower the temperature automatically? That is the hardest thing to control with a stove top one.
