I was wondering about your crockpot meatloaf....how did it turn out? :?: :?: :?: :D

I want to know as well, I hadn't heard of doing a meatloaf in it until your post. I'm old at cooking but new at the crockpot, I'm always looking for new things to cook in it. So far my crockpot hasn't earned back the money I paid for it! :)

My DH makes his meatloaf in the crock pot all the time. Hes does 99% of the cooking and most of its crockpot

Sorry! I never saw this post!

It actually turned out okay according to my family. Of course I hated it. But they said I could make it again.

When I make meatloaf in the oven it always turns out crumbly. This was the first meatloaf I ever made that stayed together!

Crumbly? too much bread or cracker crumbs in the recipe?

Now I am hungry, I know what is on next weeks menu. Meatloaf sandwiches......yummy

Hubby isn't a fan but I am. Never heard of it in the crockpot. Cool. Just saw a lasagna made in the crockpot on Oprah yesterday by Jerry Seinfeld's wife. Looked good.

I wrap my meatloaf in parchment paper before I put it in the oven. It keeps moisture in and holds the mold.

You can also do ribs in the crockpot. didn't know if anyone ever heard of it. just put them in, season em, and put some sliced onions and b-b-q sauce on em. about six hours later-yum!
