You sure can; you pick the color you want or mix them and I just place it between two pieces of computer pieces and iron it. You don't want it to get to hot or it'll turn it a dark color. It's that simple; you'll be surprised at how it looks. I just did a picture frame with a snowman and used it, the snowman glistens under the stitches. Lots of websites on it. I'll try. I have the designs in my bag at work since they are still there from class last night. I took a picture of them and will try to email it myself. We don't always get enough cell phone service at work for the email part to work but as soon as I can I'll try.
