Tack dollies onto pillows of sold colors.
Great way of displaying ones made by loved ones.
Lay the collars on top of lamp shades.

I like the idea of putting one over the top of the lamp - adds a dressy/frilly touch.

I have done the pillows, great way to display vintage handwork.

I took one that had a linen center and stitched it thru the middle into the top seam on the pillow...like a flap. The linen was stained on the part that I disposed of.

When my little sis got married in NM, and I came from CA for the wedding I overlooked the "dickie" insert for my neckline....had to improvise! I safety pinned a small doilie in that little v-neckline! It worked and saved the day for me....

I would not put anything like a crochet item over a lamp shade. They get hot and could cause a fire. Becareful
