Good luck with that!
I set the timer for 45 minutes...that is it!
I just love it.
I wonder about that, too! I really need a 12 step program for QB, but the problem with that is I don't want to stop! Real addict, I guess!
I live alone and get tired of talking to myself. Reading all these messages every day is like having someone to exchange ideas, suggestions etc or just to talk with.
I am so with you on this. I've lived alone for 4 yrs. now since losing my husb. of 50 yrs. & I consider the QB my "social life". That sounds pathetic even to me but I live in a rather isolated area so don't know anybody around here anymore. Between my laptop & the TV I do manage to get to my sewing mach. Ok so I have a TV in my sewing rm.
I'm going crazy though since my sewing stuff is packed in the car ready to head south to Ariz. tom. Lots of people around & a bunch of quilters. I have to be careful about sharing too much of what I learn on the QB since they're pretty self involved & don't want to hear others' ideas. They're loss.
Mine is in my sewing room and sometime I wish it wasn't. I,m hooked on the site and if I spent
half the time sewing as reading, I would be way ahead of what I want to make. But then I wouldn't
be learning as much as I do. (what to do?)
LOL, I am thinking the same thing. I have lots of things to make for Christmas gifts but don't seem to have time once I get on the quilting board!
I am right there with all of you QB addicts. I find it so relaxing in the evenings to read as many threads and posts as I can.
