You all know how I love the Marie Callender's frozen lasagna to get the "pots" for organizing? ...

I know how you feel..I still miss the tiny baby containers that I used to store things in. They were fabulous!

I use alot of those single serving veggies... they are the same plastic tubs but smaller... I also reuse luncheon meat containers with lids( DH LOL at me because I buy the SAME brand just to make sure all the tubs are the same )

One of the diet entrees used to come on small heavy plates, we kept them and used them for years as sandwich plates , the same plates! I save lots of the plastic containers with lids, for my use and to send leftovers home with the kids.

I'm sorry you lost the storage part, but I am VERY happy that a Manufactor is moving from plastic to cardboard....

I can't remember the name of the dog food right off hand, but there is one that comes in a great little plastic container, and the label slides right off. When I was still working as a cashier, I asked one of the customers who bought this brand to save the containers for me, because I made treats for the dogs at the shelter, and they were perfect for giving to the new parents as they adopted.

When you go thru the grocery store, check out the dog food aisle, then ask your friends if they buy this brand...sorry, wish I could remember the name....because these are the perfect size for storing just about everything.

Just this weekend I used the clear container that holds spinach from the gracery store. They work perfect.

Wow! You liked that lasagna tray or the lasagna? That is a lot of them you ate. Sorry to ehar though. I have that with several itmes. I have found ways to use/ repurpose and there they go and change it.

Kitsie 09-24-2011 03:52 PM

Oh, we've been saved!! The grocery store has a huge stock of the original Lasagna in again!! And they are in the plastic trays! How many can I fit in my freezer.

"It's OK, DC, keep the ones I gave you for awhile longer!"
"Tanner, guess what's for supper!"
