Does anyone have a suggestion for a soft cloth to be used on a runny nose of a baby? I always used the soft gauze diapers (tells my age). My daughter-in-law wants something very soft and gentle on my grandson. And can be laundered. Anything she uses chaps his nose. I know this is a strange question but I know I can get some suggestions.

I always use puffs.

Flannel or fleece?

How about the flour sacks, I bought a bundle and cut up some for dish cloths. Once laundered they are soft.

All good ideas. Thanks

Walmart has some. I think they about 4 for $5.50. Be sure to wash them to get all the sizing out.

I would try a soft flannel for that sensitive nose. Instead of Neosporin, try A&D Ointment. It contains lanolin. She might also be careful of the laundry detergent she uses. My son was very sensitive to many on the market. No fabric softener either (leaves behind a residue in the fabric that can be irritating).
