This isn't a quilt, but I'm so proud of it, I wanted to share it!
This was based on Empty Bobbin's pattern for a Cardtable Playhouse.
This will be shipped tomorrow to my niece, who's almost 4.

There were some challenges, but I dealt with them.
This was my first use of Heat & Bond.

Really nice job. I'm sure she will have hours of fun.
Made a garage from my DS 30 years ago and just last year made a garage with race track on top for my great nephew.
Kids really love crawling into places to hide.

Oh so cute we made one for our son a family magazine had a pattern he loved it and played with it for such a long time!

I played under one of these as a child and still remember it with a great deal of fondness at age 66. (Could have been also because I tried my first ciggie, a Lucky Strike, at age 6 or 7 under there! Of course, it *did* cure me of ever smoking again! :? )

I remember making my own as a kid under the ping pong table with sheets, blankets and a thick quilt on the floor. Lots more room for friends than a card table. Even ran a trouble light in through the corner. Easy bake oven in the corner too. Hours of fun.

A little girl is going to be very happy.
