I had a show and need to pick out my gift items. Of those that use PC , which items do you recommend?

wvhill22 06-22-2011 10:21 AM

I don't know if they still have them or not it has been awhile since I have gotten anything. but those little brown scrapers I cannot live without. You use them on your pots and pans. They are fantastic. They will also remove soap scum from the tub too. I love those things

seymoore 06-22-2011 10:23 AM

I got that rack that you use to put smaller food on the grill outside, it is awesome! I also love their can opener, no raw edges - it's great!

emerald46 06-22-2011 10:26 AM

I love the "ice cream" scoopers that come in 3 sizes. I use them all the time - cookie dough, melon balls, ice cream, anything that can be scooped and look cute on the plate/bowl.

GirlieWhirlie 06-22-2011 10:26 AM

I have the stainless steel strainers. Great for washing fruits and vegetables and draining hamburger.

feline fanatic 06-22-2011 10:28 AM

Pizza stone

Helovesme 06-22-2011 10:30 AM

The ice cream scoopers are a must have. The rubber spatulas are great, as if you leave them in/on the pot on the stove, they will not melt. I also have the griddle. We use it for pancakes and grilled cheese. I love it because it heats evenly all over.

laughingquilter 06-22-2011 10:30 AM

Batter bowls - both sizes

needles3thread 06-22-2011 11:01 AM

The mix & Chop for crumbling ground beef in the skillet
is great. The beer bread mixes are very good. The knives that are coated in green. new food processor that is $49.
batter bowls, kitchen shears, recipe books. My daughter
sells & I had a party in March.

kimscruzer 06-22-2011 11:04 AM

I don't see anything like that in the catalog :( Were they used for cleaning the pan or like spatulas?

Any of the stoneware -- I use a piece of that EVERYDAY!

Any of the coated knives. (I have a pink one from "Help Whip Cancer" that we use a ton - I know they have a green one.)

The handi-chopper ROCKS!

If you need/want them, the pots and pans are super nice.

kimscruzer 06-22-2011 11:13 AM

THANK YOU ! Added to my list!

You all have help me decide on a few things. So , if you had to get 2 50% off items , what would you buy ? I'm thinking the stainless steel mix set?

Quilter7x 06-22-2011 11:21 AM

Oh my gosh, how to choose!!!

I have lots of stoneware - excellent for cooking everything from pizza, to roasting vegetables, to making a casserole or chocolate chip cookie bars.

I love the Mix N Chop for breaking up ground meat in the pan, love the glass batter bowls and my hubby loves the little one cup glass prep bowls for when he's making chili or something else that requires a lot of little dishes. Also have the apple peeler/core/slicer, crinkle cutter, zester, several cookbooks, baker's roller, a cooling rack, mini serving spatula and a Chillzane bowl. Their stuff is great quality and definitely used all the time!

jetnica 06-22-2011 11:24 AM

I would get the stainless mixing bowls for 1/2 for sure.

I'm still waiting on those (lol).

Also, there's an apple wedger that we can't live without. (not big enough for 1/2)

Is this the stainless steel set you're talking about?

If you like the sounds of stoneware, that's something to get at 50% off. Anything I make on stoneware takes a few extra minutes, just keep that in mind. Nothing burns on the stoneware, so you don't have to worry about that and I really do cook/bake just about anything on the stoneware, it's very durable and very easy to clean.

kimscruzer 06-22-2011 11:27 AM

Chill zane bowl/ Is that the server with ice trays ?

Stones, any size.

Love my 9 x 13 baker and all the other stone ware. Once it is seasoned, nothing sticks! Also like my grill basket for vegetables on the grill.

kimscruzer 06-22-2011 11:36 AM

Oh my gosh , you all have given me some awesome ideas! It's like Christmas , but ALL for me : )

Doreen 06-22-2011 11:37 AM

You're right, once the stoneware is seasoned, there's very little that sticks to it.

This must be the mixing bowl set you're talking about:
http://www.pamperedchef.com/ordering...mixing%20bowls
They look like really nice bowls.

kimscruzer 06-22-2011 11:43 AM

I love love love my pizza stones and my stone deep dish pie... not sure what its called, but its like a pie pan only a litttle bigger! just LOVE the stoneware... Love my food chopper... love my spatula/scraper... I've never bought anything I don't love from Pampered Chef... I'm not employed by them... just a very satisfied customer

Oh... perhaps my favorite (and I almost forgot it!) is my can opener!!! It takes the whole top off the can.. no sharp edges, nothing in the can gets on the top... LOVE IT!!

sewmanyideas 06-22-2011 11:51 AM

Food chopper, stoneware, wok, coated knives all their stuff is excellent!!

NancyG 06-22-2011 11:52 AM

I love my chopper (use it for chopping nuts). I have one of their spatulas which I also love. Also, plastic dish (mine is burgundy/brownish color) with lid and handle for steaming vegies.

kimscruzer 06-22-2011 12:06 PM

do you have the small or large micro cooker? one has a single handle , the other has small handle each side. Do you know how big it is? the book doesn't give dimensions and I have a small microwave.

grayma 06-22-2011 12:10 PM

I have both of these. The larger one with two handles is about 6" high and 8" across. The small one is about 5" high and 5" across, but the handle is about 5" long, also. I believe the small one would definitely fit in a small microwave.

kimscruzer 06-22-2011 12:12 PM

Thanks added to list !

Chickerson 06-22-2011 12:16 PM

I love love love my lasagna dish (the big one). I use it for so many things. I also use my large casserole dish with the lid. I can use the lid to make rolls on and use the casserole dish to make dinner all at the same time.

kimscruzer 06-22-2011 12:20 PM
