Could someone please explain to me the difference between "Post Reply" and the "Quick Reply" at the bottom of the thread.

Oh yes, with post reply you can post photos and stuff, and quick reply you can only type words :)

Where is the "quick reply"?

Quick reply is at the bottom, below ads.
