Quilters on Ideal Protein diet?
 

Hello fellow quilters, just curious if anyone is doing the IP diet? If so, would love to chat with you. This is day 5 for me and looking forward to feeling and eating better.

My sister was on the Liquid Protein Diet and was first to die in '77. 49 more died within a 2 month period. Would be interested to know if this is different or have they brought it back.

Ironically it was called the Last Chance Diet. A doctor developed it and denied my sister and others died because of him on the Donahue show. Walter Reed Hospital said otherwise......
