It's a little box you buy about $50 and it streams channels to your tv. No monthly fees unless you want to buy a channel subscription like Netflex which $8 a month for unlimited streaming movies and tv. Most channels are free. Before Roku didn't support Youtube but now the videos can be streamed to your tv just like on your computer for free. You have to have wireless internet. There are hundreds of channels on Ruko to choose from. Roku has been around for a long time. It's the best media buy there is.
